2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Order information: Name, firm or organization name, email address, phone number, service county, document details, and instructions provided when placing a process serving order.
• Contact information: Information submitted through contact forms, email correspondence, or phone communications.
• Payment information: Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. Reliant does not store credit card numbers or payment data on our systems.
• Defendant/subject information: Names, addresses, and other identifying information about individuals to be served, provided by our clients as necessary to perform process serving services.

Information Collected Automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, and other diagnostic data collected automatically when you visit our website.
• Cookies: We use session cookies to maintain functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling process serving orders and delivering related services
• Communicating order status, updates, and service confirmations
• Processing payments through our Stripe integration
• Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
• Maintaining records required by Georgia law and court proceedings
• Improving our website and service quality
• Complying with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Information We Share

We share information only as necessary to fulfill services or as required by law:

• Process servers: We share relevant case information with our certified process servers to enable document delivery.
• Payment processors: Stripe processes payment information under their own privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance standards.
• ServeManager: Case management data is stored and processed through ServeManager, our process serving platform, under their applicable data protection terms.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Confidentiality of Case Information

We treat all case-related information — including defendant names, addresses, case details, and serve instructions — as strictly confidential. This information is shared only with the specific process server assigned to your matter and is not disclosed to any other party except as required by applicable law. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect case confidentiality consistent with legal industry standards.

6. Data Retention

We retain order records, affidavits of service, and case documentation for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of service, consistent with Georgia legal record-keeping requirements and professional standards. Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of personal information not required for legal or compliance purposes by contacting us at the address below.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure server infrastructure, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including ServeManager and Stripe. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. Georgia-Specific Rights

Georgia residents have rights regarding personal information under applicable state law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for legal professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Reliant Process Solutions LLC ("Reliant," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company operating at reliantprocess.solutions. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Reliant Process Solutions provides professional process serving services in the State of Georgia, including service of summons, complaints, subpoenas, dispossessory warrants, and other legal documents. Pricing is flat-rate by serve type, with optional add-ons:

• Individual — Substitute at Residence ($75/defendant): Substituted service at the defendant's dwelling per O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(e)(7).
• Individual — Personal ($80/defendant): Personal service on a natural-person defendant.
• Individual — At Business Address ($85/defendant): Service on an individual at their usual place of business.
• Corporate — Registered Agent / Officer ($95/defendant): Service on a corporation, LLC, or partnership through its registered agent or officer per O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(e)(1).
• Government Entity ($95/defendant): Service on Georgia state, county, or municipal government entities, including Secretary of State serves where applicable.
• Non-Serve Attempt Report ($65): Documented attempt report with GPS-stamped attempt logs and photographs to support diligent-effort filings.
• Speed defaults to Standard (2–3 business day first attempt, up to 3 attempts). Optional Next-day Rush (+$35) or Same-day Rush (+$75) add-ons accelerate the first-attempt timeline.
• Additional defendants at the same address: +$50 each. The Fulton County surcharge ($25) applies once per order — only when Fulton County is the service county.

3. No Guarantee of Service Completion

Client acknowledges that process service is not guaranteed. Reliant will make a good-faith number of attempts (3 attempts on Standard speed, 5 attempts on Next-day Rush). If service cannot be completed within those attempts, Client receives a detailed attempt report with GPS-stamped photo documentation of all attempts. Some individuals cannot be served despite diligent efforts due to evasion, relocation, or other factors beyond Reliant's control. Reliant's inability to complete service does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

4. Client Responsibilities and Warranties

By placing an order, Client represents and warrants that:

• All information provided (subject name, address, physical description, document details) is accurate and complete to the best of Client's knowledge.
• Client has legal authority to request service of the documents provided.
• The documents to be served are genuine legal documents related to actual legal proceedings.
• Client will promptly provide updated information if the subject's address changes during service.
• Client bears all risk and additional charges associated with inaccurate or incomplete information.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at order placement via credit card through Stripe.
• Add-on services (additional attempts, skip traces, new address attempts, rush upgrades, stakeout, court filing) are invoiced within 7 days of service and payable within 7 days of invoice.
• Accounts with unpaid invoices exceeding 30 days may be suspended.
• Returned payments incur a $35 processing fee.
• Volume clients approved for monthly invoicing must pay within 7 days of invoice date.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All fees are non-refundable except as specifically provided:

• Cancellation before any service attempt: Orders cancelled before a server has been dispatched and before any service attempt has been made receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
• After a service attempt has been made: No refund is available — for any reason, on any tier, regardless of service outcome. This includes failed attempts, evasive defendants, incorrect addresses, late hits on rush windows, or any other circumstance once a server has begun an attempt.
• Failed service attempts do not entitle Client to a refund — comprehensive GPS-stamped, photo-documented attempt records are provided as the deliverable.

7. Per-Address and Per-Defendant Pricing

The flat serve-type rate covers the primary defendant at a given address. Each additional defendant at the same address is charged a flat $50 regardless of serve type. If Client provides a new address after attempts are exhausted at the original address, the new address constitutes a separate serve order charged at the applicable serve-type rate. Service at distinct addresses requires separate orders per address.

8. Skip Trace Terms

Skip trace services search available public and proprietary data sources. Skip trace does not guarantee location of the subject — results depend on available data. Skip trace fees ($75/person) are non-refundable regardless of whether a current address is located.

9. Add-On Service Terms

• Document Printing: $0.25 per page when Reliant prints and binds documents for service.
• Special Handling: $75 flat for sealed packets, hand-delivery requirements, chain-of-custody requests, or other elevated handling.
• Skip Trace: $75 per defendant. Searches public and proprietary data to locate a current address.
• Court Filing: $45 standard; $75 rush. Reliant files proof of service at the applicable Georgia court following successful service.
• Next-day Rush: +$35 — first attempt next business day; up to 5 attempts; evenings and weekends.
• Same-day Rush: +$75 — server dispatched within 2 hours of order when placed before 2 PM ET.
• Additional defendant at the same address: +$50 flat per additional defendant.
• Fulton County Surcharge: +$25 once per order, only when Fulton County is selected as the service county.

10. Server Performance and Assignment

Reliant assigns process servers based on county, serve type, urgency, and server performance ratings. Same-day Rush and Next-day Rush orders receive a dedicated A-tier server (95%+ success rate). Reliant reserves the right to reassign servers as operationally necessary to maintain service quality standards. Client may not request a specific server by name.

11. Documentation and Delivery

Upon successful service, Reliant delivers an affidavit of service electronically within 24 hours. The affidavit includes GPS coordinates, timestamp, photographs, and process server certification in compliance with Georgia law. For failed serves, a comprehensive attempt report is provided within 48 hours of the final attempt. All documentation is formatted for Georgia court filing requirements.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding service quality, attempt documentation, or billing must be raised in writing within 15 days of service completion or final attempt. Disputes are resolved through review of GPS records, photographs, attempt logs, and server affidavits. Reliant's determination following good-faith review is final for documentation disputes. Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice. All disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Limitation of Liability

RELIANT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVE IN QUESTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL RELIANT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED COURT DEADLINES, CASE DISMISSALS, DEFAULT JUDGMENTS, OR ATTORNEY FEES RESULTING FROM SERVICE DELAYS OR FAILURES.

14. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reliant Process Solutions LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: Client's breach of these Terms; inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Client; Client's use of our services in violation of applicable law; or any claims by third parties related to the underlying legal proceedings for which service was requested.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any legal proceeding shall be Fulton County, Georgia.

16. Modifications

Reliant reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at reliantprocess.solutions with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after posting constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Our Refund Philosophy

Process serving involves real costs — certified servers dispatched to specific addresses, time invested, GPS documentation generated, and platform resources consumed — from the moment an order is placed. Our refund policy reflects this operational reality while being fair to clients in circumstances outside their control.

1. Pre-Attempt Cancellations (Full Refund Available)

If you cancel your order before any service attempt has been made by your assigned server, you are eligible for a full refund less a $25 order processing fee. To request a pre-attempt cancellation, contact us immediately by phone at (404) 465-4455 — email cancellations may not be processed in time. The pre-attempt window is typically 2–4 hours from order placement on Standard speed, and 30–60 minutes on Next-day Rush or Same-day Rush.

2. Post-Attempt — No Refund

Once any service attempt has been made, no refund is available regardless of service outcome. This is absolute and applies to every order, every serve type, and every speed tier. The costs of server time, transportation, GPS documentation, and platform processing are incurred at the moment a server attempts service. A failed attempt, an evasive defendant, an incorrect address, a missed Same-day Rush window, or any other circumstance once an attempt has begun does not entitle Client to a refund. You receive comprehensive GPS-stamped, photo-documented attempt records as the deliverable.

3. Add-On Services — Non-Refundable Once Initiated

All add-on service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated:

• Document printing: Non-refundable once printing has been completed (typically the same business day).
• Skip trace: Non-refundable once the search is initiated, regardless of whether a current address is found. Results depend on available public data.
• Special handling: Non-refundable once the elevated handling protocol has begun.
• Next-day Rush / Same-day Rush: Non-refundable once a server has begun any service attempt, regardless of whether service was completed within the rush window.
• Court filing: Non-refundable once filing has been submitted. Court fees are paid directly to the court and are not recoverable.
• Fulton County surcharge: Non-refundable once any service attempt has been made on the Fulton County order.

4. Duplicate Order Refunds

If you accidentally place a duplicate order for the same subject and address, contact us immediately. Duplicate orders cancelled before any service attempt has been made on the second order will receive a full refund less the $25 processing fee. Once an attempt has been made on the duplicate order, the no-refund-after-attempt rule applies.

5. Incorrect Address Provided by Client

If service attempts fail because Client provided an incorrect address, no refund is issued. An attempt report with full documentation is provided. Client may place a new order with the corrected address at the applicable serve-type rate, or add a skip trace ($75/person) to locate a current address. Reliant is not responsible for failed serves resulting from inaccurate client-provided information.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible pre-attempt cancellation:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your account records, GPS data, and attempt logs and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly. Do not initiate a credit card chargeback before contacting us — we will work with you to resolve any genuine billing issues, and chargebacks for services properly rendered may result in account suspension and recovery of chargeback fees.

8. Volume Client Credits

Volume clients (50+ serves/month under a custom SLA agreement) may be eligible for service credits rather than refunds for disputed serves. Credits are applied to future orders under the volume agreement. Contact your dedicated account manager to discuss credit eligibility.
